Yes! All of our web design packages can be purchased on a payment plan. There is a 25% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking. 50% payment due at the halfway point of the project timeline. Then the final 25% payment is due one week before completion and final handover of the website.

What webSITE hosting platforms do you work with?

We currently only use Showit, which we recommend for service based business or Shopify which we recommend for e-commerce businesses.

How many revisions are included in the website design?

We offer 3 revisions for your project (this can include multiple changes in one round). If for some reason after 3 rounds of revisions, you’re still not completely satisfied, you can purchase additional rounds of revisions for $150 each.

How long will it take?

We will give you an estimated time depending on your project requirements. Two factors that can affect delivery time are communication and unexpected events. Client response times are the most common cause of delays. However, depending on these variables, your project may progress more quickly or more slowly than expected.

What if I don’t feel comfortable in sharing my passwords?

That is perfectly fine! We use a password management tool called LastPass, as it offers a secure and user-friendly password management solution that eliminates the need to share passwords while providing other useful features such as two-factor authentication and digital legacy.
