c. Defective or Corrupted File: If the digital item you downloaded is defective or corrupted, rendering it unusable, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.
3.1 To request a refund under exceptional circumstances as mentioned above, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the purchase date, providing the following details:
a. Your name and email address used for the purchase.
b. Order number or transaction ID.
c. Detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstance for the refund request.
4.1 Once we receive your refund request, we will review it to determine if it meets the exceptional circumstances criteria for a refund.
4.2 If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
4.3 Please note that depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

When engaging in our services, a separate contract will be signed between The Creative Coast Studio and the client, outlining the terms, deliverables, and payment agreements. Any refunds or cancellations related to services will be governed by the terms specified in the contract.
